I was thrilled with all aspects of this hotel except the breakfast: and breakfast would have been fine had the dishes been warm; cold scrambled eggs are particularly unappealing. It was a pity because the staff were so friendly and accommodating; I'm not sure who would have been responsible for ensuring the warm dishes were maintained at a higher temperature.

great comfortable. Viennese decor from 100 year ago.

close to my colleague staying in the Marriott - just better price. Close to MRT. & Carrefour supermarket.

The wifi disappeared for 20 minutes every day around 5AM, which is when I needed to work.

Generally a good hotel with good room size and excellent bathroom . Location very good .

Room size, very clean, comfortable . Quiet and good location

Breakfast very poor. Poor choice for western food. ‘Hot’ food very cold - inedible. Fruit limited and cut open in serving dishes ie bananas it in half in skin with black exposed ends.

Just fine, can be better.

The location was quite ok, within 10 minutes walk to Xihu and Jianan Rd. MRT Station. The area has developed also very nicely and you can find everything here.

Wifi was so terrible, we could not work at all. The staff can be a bit more friendly instead of only hiding themselves behind the reception counter.

Comfortable three nights stay.

Spacious room with massive wooden furniture, big bathroom with jacuzzi, complete set of toiletteries, even shaving kit was provided. Hotel is close to Marriot conference center and shopping mall.

Our room was close to elevator shaft, so it was not perfectly quiet. Bed mattress was too soft for my taste.

Enjoyed my room very much and staff efficiency. . Still value for money.

I love the room, very clean n comfortable. Staff was efficient and very helpful.

Not as near as compared to central location. However still workable. Breakfast spread is simple and scenery of mountains was lacking as compared to other reviews.

Great price, excellent location and a very pleasant surprise.

Room was bigger than expected. Location was convenient to many locations such as shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Water pressure was excellent and the bed n pillows were perfect for getting a restful sleep. Good size TV with a nice mix of channels.

Breakfast was definitely tilted towards asian and while I enjoy Asian food more varieties of food would be appreciated. Some of the fixtures and furnishings seem dated or worn but at this price point not really complaining just stating.

Quiet neighbourhood.

Quiet neighbourhood. Spacious room and bathroom. Large Jacuzzi tub. Short walking distance to the nearest metro, supermarket and shopping mall (<10 mins).

Staff could be more accommodating with early check-in and/or late-check out requests.

Comfortable.

The room was amazing. Very spacious and decorated in a more traditional way. Bathroom was huge and room was cleaned very well each day. Very, very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

No restaurant or room service. Laundry service was expensive.
